KAISRLÍK Ltd. Was established in 1990, when Mr. Zdeněk Kaisrlík began his business activities, engineer's production from stainless steel as an entrepreneur. Mr. Kaisrlík's business further developed when he changed from being an entrepreneur to a partner in a Limited Liability Company (Ltd.) (from 1993) till the foundation of his own company, KAISRLÍK, Ltd. in 1995, with approximately twenty employees, built on the principles of a family company that started in the Stannum premises in Horní Slavkov. In 1997, having finished his studies, Mr. Tomáš Kaisrlík, the founder's son, joined the company and in 2000 became the company's partner.
Throughout the company's history, the number of employees has continuously increased, and their qualifications have been enhanced; large amounts have been invested into production equipment and production areas. In 1995, at the beginning of the KAISRLÍK company enterprise, the company employed approximately 20 employees and leased 500 m2 of production rooms; the production equipment made up one-fourth of today's extent.
At the present time, the company has about 50 employees, production rooms have grown to 2.000 m2 in the company's own buildings and the production equipment includes a wide range of equipment for engineering production, welding works and a variety of machine tools.
